Karmarama created a campaign for safe motherhood charity White Ribbon Alliance, to urge African leaders to invest in healthcare for women.

The ad shows a pregnant African woman who I had the pleasure of hand painting the headline onto in African style lettering.

​

It was photographed by Rankin and ran in print and outdoor across Africa, at the summit and in London.
