FOOD WASTE

I teamed up with the London School of Mosaic to design the cover for the TimeOut food waste issue. Using food from FoodCycle, who collect surplus food and cook meals for those in need, and City Harvest, London who distribute unwanted produce to those feeling vulnerabLe, we came up with this design.

​And finally the scraps used went on the compost heap at the Calthorpe Community Garden enriching the soil as part of its horticultural programme for people with learning difficulties and mental health issues. So all round, a bit of a feel good project!
