HOT CHOCOLATE

It's not every day I get asked to write in whipped cream for an ad campaign so I relished the challenge. It took me a few trial sessions to make sure that the cream was the right consistency (smooth and glossy) and some practice of speedy piping. The cup of silky looking drinking chocloate, topped with whipped cream and small fluffy marshmallows was shot along with my piped cream lettering by food photographer, Jason Lowe. The agency was Elvis, London.
